If I want to send MMS or receive MMS from Labview, what sould be needed?

You can probably use a webservice to do this. I havent done it myself, but you can refer to the links below.

If you have LabVIEW 8.2 then you can use the Web Service Import Wizard to create VIs for that particular WSDL.
