I am first assuming you meant 7030/6040E, but the question is still quite unclear.
If you are trying to measure the frequency of a signal that is 100,000 kHz (100 MHz), or do any software control loops at that rate, you are far beyond the capabilities of the 7030/6040E device.
If your goal is to measure the frequency of a signal around 100 MHz and the signal is periodic, your best option would be one of our high-speed digitizers in RIS mode.
