All of these solutions are based on the fact that the Elapsed Time and Time Count blocks return time in microseconds in Labview RT? I don't have RT installed, but if that is the case, thanks!!!

You'd also be able to do it with the tick counts; it won't be as accurate since Windows isn't a deterministic system, but you'd get a general idea.  Just use the tick counts with the sequence structure as shown above.
