Missing dependencies in Modbus vi

I'm trying to use modbus_cfp-180x_do.vi and modbus_cfp-180x_di.vi from the site, but they fail to find \PDA\PDA Error Handler.vi, \NI Modbus.lib\MB Modbus Command.ctl and \NI Modbus.lib\MB Ethernet Master Query.vi.  I'm very new to this and have no clue where to find those files.  Note that I'm using LabVIEW 2011.

The end goal is to directly talk Modbus from Java and I've had some success.  I can read from, but for some reason can't write to a cFP-DO-400.

They looklike they are a part of the Modbus library that you can download from here.  MODBUS Library for LabVIEW

Thanks.  I was able to get it working.  In case anyone else runs into this I grabbed the PDA files from here. You have to manually extract the files since it's bundled for such an old version of LabView.
