according to the labels and comments in your image that code part is watching for some IRQ sources…

So you ask us if your program (which you hesitate to show us) will still work, when you delete that tiny code part shown in the image? Really?

It's like calling a radio repair shop and asking them "will my radio still work when I remove some tiny resistors from it?" 😄
