Go to Max and expand the Software branch of the tree and take a screenshot of that.
I know this is 4 months old thread, but "repack" seems to be offline versions of installers. Recently needed offline runtime engine installation (to include with custom installer) and the file name is "ni-labview-2019-runtime-engine-x86_19.0_online_repack3".
