NI Xnet on crio-9047 & Max

Hi,

I'm trying to add the xnet software to a crio 9047 but I am getting the following message saying it is not available on the host. Does someone know what I can do to resolve this?

install it via nipm on your pc. Choose the same version installed on your crio

I have it installed from nipm:

You need NI-XNET Support for Real-Time package. Run the installer again and make sure that package is selected.
