NI example misswire in "SMT Power in Band for niScope.vi"

The following screenshot is from the shipping example in LabVIEW 8.6.1 w/ Spectral measurements tool-kit.

I know the shipping examples are not the highest priority for NI but still- an example that generates errors and does not run?
