Need help on labview

I have 6.0 labview with NI-6023E and CB-68LP. My goal is to run some samples of prtein solutions using a light scattering. However, I don't a clue how to program to capture the a plot of intensity vs. time of the solution using a laser diode and a detector. So, if there is an easy way to do it that I can follow,let me know.

That should get you started.
