What exactly do you mean by tank collection and controlling??? Is this level readings?? What are you controlling???

Goto NI Example Finder, click the search tab and type in tank then search button and it should list Control Mixer Process.vi and Tank Simulation.vi

If this is what you are looking for this should get you started.
