Need some help with Loops

i have set the time target as 6sec, is it fine with this problem....and please check that is it verifying the other conditions which i mentioned before.

As I said before, it works basically.

No to verify when your LEDs are lit:

LED 1: t = 0sec
LED 2: t = 1sec (LED 1 + 1sec)
LED 3: t = 3sec (LED 2 + 2sec)

Afterwards the keep lit for 3 seconds.
