Your question is a bit ambiguous, but let me guess:

You don't see the "Run" button.
--> Go to "VI properties..Window appearance..Customize" and put the checkmark back in the "show run button" entry. (Or simply change it back to "default" on the main "window appearance" screen).

(Decorative arrows are in the decorations palette for the front panel. In you want one on the diagram, just cut&paste one from the FP.)

I believe setting a VI as "sub-routine" will have the same effect.

What did find out about the run arrow?

It was turn off under the VI prop. But evertime I start the VI it is turn off. Then I have to go into the VI Prop. to turn it on again. Do you know Why.

THat will make this much easier to chase down.
