Ocean Optics Spectrometers

Does anyone have documentation for the OOIBase32 Platinum API for Ocean Optics USB Spectrometers or has developed any kind of LabVIEW dirver for them?

Thank you

Ocean optics sells LabVIEW drivers for their spectrometers. Or at least they used to. I used one with an interface over a DAQ-1200.

Of course using their DLL is another way to achieve this.

Shane.

They sell LV dirvers for $399 which I've used for their USB2000.

NI has drivers for a range of Ocean Optics spectrometers: http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=9769

I have tested the NIR Quest 512 and it works fine in LabView. 😎

However, there does not seem to be any drivers for the QE Pro. Are there any NI drivers for the QE Pro that I am not aware of?

The closest available one is a driver for the QE 65000. This does not seem to work with the QE Pro. Or is there a way to make it work? Perhaps by changing line in the code of the driver?🤔

Ocean Optic have omnidriver, which is a Java-based Spectroscopy Software Driver Package for select Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems. Comes at a cost though...
