As the title states, I am trying to use a PXI-8108 embedded controller in a PXI-1050 chassis and was wondering if they are compatible. Currently i have an PXI-8187 and I am trying to ghost the hardrive to have a complete backup controller if the 8187 fails. The 8187 looks like it has a IDE drive and the 8108 has a SATA.
