There is a very nasty bug on the labview version 8.6.
Unable to place a comment directly on a tab or cluster
The cursor does not put in place pointing
Should we wait for 8.6.1? Too bad for a product of such quality
As a beta tester, because of the limitation in time of the License, I have not been able to test at length version 8.6 and I had no back on the bug that I had met and submitted..
Thank you for a response from developers, support France did not yet replied… ..

Hi Kikujiro,
i see no problem with it. If it is not possible with a double click, then you can change the active tool. Change it to "insert text" function.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your prompt response.
With the "text" tool’s, if you put a comment on a tab control, the cursor is not at the point where you clicked. Warning: only 8.6 LV, it's ok on LV 8.5.x.
The problem is the same with a cluster command.
On the NI site, I see the same problem when I testing labviewonline.
The support France recognizes the problem but has not yet been returned.
