I am getting the attached error screen when I open Labview after I have run a vi and close down Labview.

Hi Terry,

there is a problem in any of your VIs (or its frontpanel).

Find that VI and replace it with an older, but still error free version of that VI from your SCC repository!

Thanks,  I was able to trace the problem to some old Labview (old version) subvi's.  Updated them to my version of Labview and there is no longer a problem.
