We are recently having a problem with Visa runtime engine 301 installation.
The problem: After installation the computer needs to restart, but the computer just keep restarting after the Windows logo is displayed - unable to start the Windows and use the system.
This runtime engine together with our software has been installed in 100s of computers to date and this is the first time such a problem occured.
HP Compaq 6200 Pro MT PC Spec:
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 32 bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 2120 / 3GHz (Intel Q65 express chipset)
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 500GB etc.
Tried on 3 to 4 same model computers and facing the same problem.
Any one has any idea what could be the problem ?
Is there any error log file created by Visa runtime ? If yes, where can I locate it ?
