Problem with TDM Add-In Tool for Microsoft Excel

Hi,

I want to import a tdms file with https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019VhwSAE&l=en-US importer.

I could install and start the add-in.

The to be imported file has approx 800KB.

The imported file just shows the headlines but no data.

Anyone knows where the bug?

maybe the problem is with your TDMS file?

Can you attach that file (in a ZIP)?

Also what is the add-on version.  There is a known bug in version 18 that I ran into here.  However in my situation it would crash and not show anything.
