Hello Crossrulz !
Thanks for your reply.
You are right, I don't use the 'writing part' in Labview. It makes more sense to delete it.
I have followed your diagram and it works perfectly ! Thanks !
The history has been well cleared when I start recording.

Maybe a silly question. Is it a bad habit to stop by using the Abort ?
Alright for the 'Run' advice, I will keep that in mind.
Last question :
How does a chart display value according to the time ?
I mean if I send datas every second, does it display every second ?
If I send datas every minute, does it display every minute ?
Can I control that ?
Thanks again

The Abort button should only be used as a last resort. Think of it as an E-stop. You are just shutting everything off instead of doing a proper shutdown. You need to let your VIs stop on their own to make sure everything is being properly cleaned up. This goes along with closing your serial port when you are done.
The chart will just put up data when it gets it. By default, the chart has an X axis of samples. You could build your data into a waveform and then it will be able to chart based on time. But that might be more trouble than its worth for you.
