according to your PDF the "payload" data seems to be readable ASCII.

But you missed to attach the description of the BCC calculation…

I mean you can use string constants set to "n" display mode for the parts of the message defined as ASCII…

("Payload" typically describes the part of the message that hold the actual/relevant data. The other parts are things like start of message indication, IDs, number of bytes indication, EOT byte(s), BCC byte(s), …
