Remote panel question

Hi, I have read the remote panel from the NI development/labview. The problem now i face is maybe i am too new to labview. I have create a simple VI and also sign for a free web host under www.bravenet.com . How can i create a remote panel(a html file) of my simple VI and load it my homepage so that other people from around the world will be able to control my remote panel? Thanks.

The first thing that you need to do is to open the web publishing tool. This is located under the tools menu. This will allow you to create a html file of your vi. The one stipulation is that the html file is placed in the LV directory named "www". This will also allow you to test the html file in a web browser. Once you do this you can use the address that will allow others to view your page. One other thing to keep in mind is that with LV by default all that you have is one license. meaning that only 1 person can view that remote front panel at a time. You can buy additional remote panel licenses through ni. Hope this helps

Great answer, I just wanted to add a quick note.
Remember that the people who will view the remote panel will need to have the LabVIEW run-time engine installed on their computers.
