Routing Reference Signal in a PXI- Frame

Hi,
I have a problem.
In our machine lots of signals are referred to 499,667 MHz. Now we want to measure 12 cannels compared with this 499.667 MHz. So we mix down the 499.667 MHz to nearly 10 MHz and the signals, to be compared, to Nearly 2.5 MHz. For measuring we want to use 3 NI- PXI 6115 cards ( for signal connecting we use the BNC-2110 box). Up to now we are using LabView 6.1
Now the questions:
How do I route the approx. 10 MHz to the Backplane- lines of the PXI modules?
Can I use the EXTREF- connector?
Do I do this routing in the MAX or in LabView?
Is there a tutorial or a How to available on the web?
Can I tell the LabView that the reference- frequency is not 10 MHz, but 9.99334 MHz?

Many thanks, Rüdiger

Hello Rüdiger,

I have found a Link in our Support Portal, that might be interesting for you:

Its about routing the Backplanes of PXI-CArds.

If this does not help, please ask again.
