Hello Absolutapa,

Does your application run correctly when you have administrative privileges?  It sounds like you should look at this KB.  National Instruments products need certain privileges to work correctly, so you should give your users full control of at least the National Instruments folder.

I hope this helps!

Tank you very much for your answer.
My aplication runs well when I have administrative privileges and I want to protect the Scada system by runing my aplication from a limited user acount , I do not want users to have access to regional and language settings because I use time and date with specific separators!

Unfortunately I could not open the link KB offered as a solution, and probably my internet connection couldn't establish a connection.
Please give me another link of document to search for my solution, I am constantly searching on internet for a solution but I could not find any yet.

Hi Gabi,

Please look at the following KB and the related links.
How Do I Give Non-Administrators Full Control Over National Instruments Products?

Hope that helps!
