Save Report VI changes font in MS Word

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any issues with the " Save Report to File.vi". My issue is that this Vi seems to change the font of the first three bookmarks in my template to bold text. They are not bold inside the template and I've tried using set report font and word format text to adress this issue. I noticed that if I open the file before saving, the text is not bold. but If I save then open the text becomes bold.

If this has been address before please direct me to that solution as I have yet to find it.

Any help would be appreciated. please see attached report generation and template files.

template doens't want to attach...had to change to docx. see new VI as well

Hi 

It seems that the problem of the items becoming bold is somehow related to your Save Report to File VI.  Using a break point before that VI, I was able to see the Word Document brought to the front without the items being set to bold.  I am going to try to make my own template and see if the same behavior occurs.

Can you also try to create a new template and see if the issue occurs?

I did one with loose text and one within a table. Looks like my original template has some hidden formating issues...

Interesting, the new template works.  You did not modify the Save File VI did you?

What's interesting is that it was the only the first three bookmarks, not the whole document.
