Solved!

Hi,

I spoke with LabBEAN directly, but I wanted to make sure that this info was available on the forums as well. The fix for this bug will be included in an upcoming LabVIEW 2011 SP1 patch. When the patch is released, it will be available for download at ni.com/downloads and through the NI Update Service.

Thanks again for bringing this issue to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience that it may have caused!

Confirmed by the example I posted originally, the bug appears to be fixed in LabVIEW 2011 SP1 f2

The new patch has not posted on ni.com/downloads yet, but it is available through the link above or through LabVIEW » Help » Check for Updates.

I would like to know how this search is supposed to work.

I would like to be able to find enums that contain a certain string as one of the items. Is this possible? (How?)

...and place a check in the 'Hidden' box.

Sometimes I don't understand the meaning of the options correctly, and wonder why they don't work. 🙂

Thanks.
