hi there
see ftp://ftp.ni.com/incoming/ and download lvhelp.chm and lvhelp.chw. i first wanted to post both files, but the extensions are not allowed, so i needed to rename the files. and the file sizes are more then 3 MB, so that's too much.
the files on the ftp-server will be deleted in 24Hrs!

Hi
This does not make sense if I run the file from any other directory than programfiles\labview\help it works but when I copy the file to final destination directory it still causes the system to crash. Do I need to register or unregister....
All other chm files in help subdirectory can be openend....

I found the following freeware software that identified and fixed my helpfile problem's
http://helpware.net/downloads/index.htm#MJs MJ's Help Diagnostics
It was one of the help file .dlls that was not registered (how this happend is ...?)
