Hi Krysztof,
Are you sure you're setting the Hardware flow control for the serial
port? Could you possibly post a screenshot of your LabVIEW code where
you set up your serial port?
Just to clarify, it doesn't work the first time. Then you close the port and open it again and it works fine?
A spy capture may come in handy. Open NI-Spy and start a capture before
you run your application. Once you've run the application a couple of
times, then stop the capture and save the .spy file. Send that along
with the screenshot of your code.
