Smooth Tab-controls

Hi,

As NI send me the newest version of LabView FD 6i I was looking around for
some new and usefull controls and functions. The first thing I saw was the
TAB-Control. YEAH, it looks great, and it may give me some more flexibilitiy
in building my User interfaces. As I looked through some examples my eye was
catched by an example called:
FIR filtering using Optional Specs.vi. It wasn't the analysis in it but...
the 'smooth' TAB-controls that took me by surprice. How did they do this?

Anyone?

As I tried to implement this into a new VI using the catchy round controls
(LabView is getting the looks of a cheap 3D-play, but that's another
problem) I couldn't change my TAB-control into the smooth one I wanted. How
is this performed?
Is it som
e property I'm missing?

Thanx in advance,

Boozz.

When I look at the VI, I see the same 3D style tab control that is in the
array palette. There are two other tab controls in my palettes, one located
in the classic/array palette, and another in the Dialog Controls. On
the PC,
these last two look the same, but they look different on the Mac.

As for the look of the 3D controls, they will look odd, really dithered,
if you use them in 256 colors. If this deeper view doesn't help, and you
still don't like the way they look, then you still have the option to use
the flat/chiseled 2D controls.

Sometimes live is easy,

Thanks, The one I was looking for was the Tab-control in the array-palette.
