Hey Pablop,
I do not think this is a problem with the MXI4 setup. I believe the problem might have occured during installation. The only time I have seen similar behaviour is when the user does not administrative privelages on his computer. I would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the NI-Scope drivers. You can download the latest NI-Scope driver from here.
