Ok...then wat do I with tunnels for other state? do I jus connect them straight thru or wat???

Yep, wire them straight through. There is a nice feature called Linked Tunnels that can help with that. Right-click on a tunnel on the case structure and you can create a linked tunnel. There's even the option to make it wire them all for you.
