Hey Wes,
We have all done this a few times, and there is a simple way around it. Open a new VI and place your bad VI on the diagram. You can then doubel click the "subVI" open edit it as you want.
You can also use the keyboard short cut ctrl-. to abort VIs, however that assumes you have the abort button on the menu bar.
If that didn't work let us know and attach the VI.

Thanks All,
I have tried going into vi properties and changing it to run when open, but nothing happen. It is the top level program I am trying get to run when open.
I know I can make it into an application and that would do it. However, I will like to be in place between the application and a working program just in case I need to do more editing.

Hi lagahoo,
it´s also possible if you load the first vi. Are you sure you see that your vi run, maybe it´s to fast? Can you upload your vi, someone could change the settings and test it for you?
