Sub vi missing for applications done in labview 7.1 version.What needs to done?

You do realize that you have a whole message body for adding details. There isn't much to go on with what you have in the subject. You could provide the name of the missing Vi for example. Are you converting to a newer version of LabVIEW or do you get a message about a missing VI somewhere else?

I am encountering a lot of problems with running the VI's ...Sub VIs missing like A1 sample channel. vi and AI sample channels.vi , Read from 1100.vi. I am very new to this..apprieciate any help on this

Well, AI Sample Channel and AI Sample Channels aer part of traditional daq. You can install that from your LabVIEW drivers CD or download it from http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/3DBF3D343476A28F8625709E006A4937?opendocument&node=13206....

The VI you posted has other VIs that are missing and they appear to be custom VIs that are not part of a normal LabVIEW distribution. Where did you get this VI from?

Well we got this project from Customer's previous vendor....we have to start the project using the existing VIs ASAP!

I found most of the missing... .except the AI sample channel .vi.  I do still have a long list to check...

Simply download the traditional DAQ driver by clicking on the Support link at the top of the page and then Drivers and Updates. or from your driver dvd as I mentioned. Note that the traditional driver is not supported on Vista or Win7
