The OP wants a serial interface  I don't know where he is going to find that.

That was my thought too, but that is A LOT of information to send through a RS232 port.

Also important here is what rate do you want to sample your analog and digital lines?  Any of those IO outputs?

There are instruments such as the 34970 and 34980 from Keysight that have RS232 connections but I don't know why someone would choose that on purpose. I hope the op clarifies the requirements.
