I have an application that uses unbound axes in softMotion to drive two of servo motor. The motors use encoder for feedback control.
I have adapted the example "2 Axis Servo Interface (9263 & 9401).vi" to use a 9269 AO and a 9401 DIO. However, the problem arises when I run the axes on the axes interaction test panel. When the speed is lower than 10 rpm, the motor can run effectively, and when it is greater than 10 rpm, the motor cannot run effectively. And no matter what the speed is set to, the axis interactive test panel never shows the real-time speed.
Are these familiar problems to anyone?
