Help>Find Examples. You can even set it to limit the examples to your hardware.

Basically, when you use the DAQmx Timing function, you can just set the source to Onboard Clock. The sample mode has to be either continuous or finite and your DAQmx Read should be NSamp and samples greater than 1.
