Hey guys,
I apologize, but an error has been occuring each time I try to attach the full manual. However, if you let me know which other details are needed, I can relay them to you. For the most part, though, I'm pretty sure that I attached the relevant piece I need help on with LV interface. Anyway, based on your discussion, I have another question to ask in addition to understanding the LAN output mantissa for concentration readings. Although it specifically states protocol for UDP, would it be acceptable to assign the Horiba PG-300 an IP address (you can do this) and use TCP as well? I initially planned on plugging the analyzer directly into the computer, so please share your thoughts with me.

No, if the instrument use UDP, you cannot use TCP. Can you try to put the manual in a zip file before attaching?
I don't understand your comment about assigning an IP address to use TCP. Didn't you do that already? UDP also uses the same IP address.
