Where can I download the Internet Developers Toolkit?
Is included in any of the CD-ROMs distributed by NI?

You may want to look at the NI web site or catalog.
This is an add-on product. There are also internet
features built into regular LV, especially LV5.1.

Depending on what you need, you can also find some
good VIs on the info-labview ftp site.
