USB GET_DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR

I've already posted this problem here, but as Mick Jagger says, I can't get no satisfaction....

If anyone has an example how to initiate a GET_DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR from a standard USB device, please let me know.  No matter what I try, I can't receive any data hwich looks as it should.

To the best of my knowledge, it requires a "USB COntrol out" call, but it keeps returning errors.  Please see the linked post.

I'm using LV 8.2.1 with VISA 4.1 on a WinXP machine.
