There are many vis named start with SIM in the dependence check as in the attached screenshot.
These vis are never been called or used.
But they are built into exe and make the exe size bigger.
Any suggestion. Thanks.

You forgot the screenshot.
How they never been called, and they exist ?
Do you mean they are called only at development and not at the exe ?

Check the hierarcy to see which vi is calling them.
Someone must call them... maybe a Labview-shipped vi

This was discussed before. The possible solution is here: http://forums.lavag.org/missing-VIs-issue-t8601.html
The discussion on LAVA points to this KB article.
Hope this helps,
Daniel

May I know how to check the 'hierarcy'
And I tried both 'Repair' and 'Manual Repair' the toolkit, but seems not work yet, still a lot of SIM vis in the dependence.
Any suggestion?
(PS. Do you know any open source project for LV?)

View menu. Then View Hierarchy.

I try to view hierarchy of several main vis, but still cannot find them(SIM). Any other ways to check, thanks a lot.
Where can join the Code capture tool, thanks.

Finally found a vi as attached, I am not sure if the Gmath or AALBase library inside caused the problem.
Should I change the default setting for build specs as attached, not use the last option.
