Unable to select option for ethernet port on PXI-8840

Hello,

I'm trying to use a PXI-8840 as Ethercat Master for my project. But when I use NI MAX to configure the first ethernet port, I have no option in the droplist except "disable". Futhermore, I can't modify the configuration of the second ethernet port, there is no droplist available. 

I've already tried the same manipulation on a PXI-8880 and it was working. I've installed exactly the same softwares on each target. 

I've installed the driver NI-Industrial Communications for EtherCAT v23.5.0.49264-0+f14

Did someone already face this issue? How can I resolve it?

I've resolved the issue thanks to the support. I've updated the firmware of the BIOS and downloaded again linux RT.
