There are numerous subVI dependencies with the hr630 LLB. The files seem to come from other libraries. See attached mass compile report.

Attached is the VI in 8.2. The code doesn't use VISA, so it would be a good idea to upgrade it to use VISA.

I am assuming you have the DLLs the libraries are looking for. The "upconvert.txt" is the mass compile report. All of those marked as "Bad VI" are likely due to not finding the DLLs.
