Updating LV4.01 to 5.1

Updated LV 4.0.1 to 5.1, When I tried to load my vi's for the firts time,I got the message Insane Object at BDHP+48D4 in "open VXI instrument.vi"{index}(0h2):case(NODE), and the LV crashes, so I can't open the vi in order to edit it again.
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

The problem is with open VXI instrument.vi which I assume is a subVI. You may have to delete or rename that VI so that your VI will open.

If you cannot open open VXI instrument.vi in 5.1 , I suggest trying to open it in 4.0 and printing off the diagram so that you can recreate the code in 5.1.
