Hi TNL,

May I know what is your OS after upgrading?

Attached is the system requirement for the LabVIEW 8.2.

Since 8.2 was released for quite sometime now (and it's quite old too), the spec needed to run 8.2 is quite low. So what I suggesting is you read the file I attached and I think you should use the spec of the latest OS instead. No use if you can use the LabVIEW but the whole thing drag you down.

Cheers

SR

Hi, thanks for the information. I already call the sales person. They advise me to upgrade LabVIEW to latest version. OS windows 8 or 7 can support LabVIEW 8.2? I will go through the attachment later.

We have problem when loading the software, it always freezing, kindly refer to attached file. Is this problem cause by software or the computer itself? I think we need someone to check our system.
