Using Case Structures with momentary switches

Solved!
Go to solution

I understand what you are saying about needing a limit to Cases in which to go if not boolean. I did take the courses I could find, most of them a couple years ago. There were a few times that something didn't make sense to me and resulted in me no "getting" that lesson.  I would say you have grasped what it is that I am doing. I retain some of what I learned a couple years ago, but my instincts are electronics and mechanical switches. Not very helpful to get where I am going in this Language. If you can identify which lesson I have a hole in my understanding, I'll go back now and redo it. 🙂 Thanks RavensFan!

Hey altenbach....... Mind blown!

I always looked at the radio buttons as what they looked like, not realizing the built in versatility in the control package. I can make it using the classic square button my boss likes, and blend it in seamlessly. I also now understand the action you were talking about that all happens within the enclosure. Now I only have to see if I can interface it correctly in my block diagram. It looks a little weird but here we go!

Looks like I've identified three areas that I need to come up to speed on in this post so far. This has been very productive everyone, THANKS!
