As NI does not have a direct solution for SENT Communication Protocol, it is recommended to use this API with FPGA DIO Modules,
1. In the details of the API it is mentioned "The SENT Driver API works with CompactRIO Single-Board Controllers and NI-9401, NI-9402, and NI-9403 C Series Digital Modules." However, what is the possibility of using this API with PXI modules like PXIe-7975.
2. Which module is recommended for SENT Protocol.
3. The API Details also mentions "You can use this driver to communicate with SENT transmitters as a SENT receiver when you connect SENT transmitters to hardware with FPGA digital I/O lines.", however what is possibility of using this API to create a SENT transmitter?
Has anyone implemented something similar before?
