VI runs slowly on other PCs

Looks like the DLL has a 1sec timeout to the reads and you're missing some driver/com port/setting.

I've had similar issues when using the wrong com port or MAX couldn't find it.

Well its not a 1 sec timeout, i'm only seeing a 2ms delay (over 100us).

And the .dll accesses the port directly (not via windows ports or MAX as far as i'm aware)

I have checked all of the USB port settings and they seem to be the same between machnes, but i will look again.
