VI saves blank data file

i too am facing similar (not exactly the same) problem....please attach the remaining sub VIs...may be it wud help in resolving our problem....i will have a look into the dataflow

Concidering the low post count of those who were involved, they are probably not looking at this thread anymore.  Start a new thread and post what you currently have and give more details about the problem you are having.  You will likely get more help that way.  It would be a good idea to put in a link to this thread though.

I agree with crossrulz.

You said that your problem is not exactly the same, so why would these VIs help?

If you want help resolving your problem, attach your VIs!

How exactly are you planning to have a "look into dataflow"?

So, please start a new thread, attach your VIs (containing some typical default data if possible), tell us how you are using it, tell us what you get and what you expect to get instead.
