I did a quick search of the web (at www.google.com) for "labview vitrek" (without the quotes) and the only thing that came up was an archived discussion thread from info-labview with somebody else asking the same thing! I suppose my only suggestion would be for you to contact that person and see if they were ever able to obtain a driver (or write one).
