When I hook up to my DAQ system I don't get any valves back just 145 fluctuating up and down, but not an actual change in temp. Is something not configured right?

Its to keep us guessing.

Usually they are guessing on how to program and it wouldn't really be fair to have both the code and someone who knows how it works in the same location.  That would just be too easy!

Also, don't post a bitmap image and just call it a jpeg by renaming the file to get around the forum's file filters.  Changing the file extension doesn't magically turn it into a jpeg.  It is still an unnecessarily huge bitmap.

You should save it as filetype .png to get the best filesize and also get an image that is very true withoug compression artifacts.

I liked your VI better when it was password protected. All I got to work with is a DAQ Assistant with no configuration.
