I'm a beginner Labview user, though I have gone through the basics throught the 6 hour tutorial posted on the NI website and I'm currently going through the massive list of examples included in Labview. I've heard both Labview for Everyone and Learning with Labview as recommended texts. I prefer to just purchase one, unless I really should get them both eventually. Thoughts and opinions for comparing the two?

Hi,
I have not seen Learning with LabVIEW so I won't comment on that. I learned (started) LabVIEW using LabVIEW for everyone.
This is very nice book to start with. It has good explanation and examples and tutorials at end of every chapter.
Best Of Luck

Thanks!
I haven't heard much about Learning with Labview so I'm hoping to get more opinions on that.

Both books are very good. If your just starting out, go to Amazon, buy a used copy of Learning with LabView 8 or 9. I got mine for $18 shipped. You can download all the vi's. Then also buy LabView for everyone $61. LabView for everyone covers almost everything about LabView and take you to more advanced stuff, but Learning with LabView was better for the basic stuff.

clepton7--The tutorial can be found here: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5241 . I also found the Labview manual to be helpful, as it is in a tutorial format.
